Common Questions

What if I don't raise? Do I still pay the retainer? +
Yes, the retainer covers the work we do (outreach, research, messaging, meetings booked). The success fee on Plan B applies only when funds are actually transferred to your account. If your round doesn't close, no success fee is charged.
Can I start with just the pitch deck and add outreach later? +
Absolutely. Many clients start with the pitch deck and financial model package, get investor-ready, and then engage us for the outreach programme. There's no obligation to bundle services.
How long is the minimum engagement for the outreach programme? +
We require a minimum 3-month engagement for the outreach programme. Fundraising cycles take time, and 3 months gives us enough runway to run a proper campaign, iterate on messaging, and generate meaningful investor pipeline.
What's included in the 2% success fee? +
The 2% success fee is calculated on the total amount raised in the round where we were engaged, and is payable within 30 days of funds receipt. It applies only to the specific round we worked on, not future rounds.
Do you work with pre-revenue startups? +
Yes. We work with startups from pre-seed (idea + founding team) through Series B. At earlier stages, we focus more on narrative quality, team credibility, and market opportunity, since traction is naturally limited.
How soon will we see investor meetings? +
Our typical timeline is first investor meetings within 2–3 weeks of campaign launch, which is usually in the second week of engagement. This varies based on your sector, stage, and the current investor sentiment in your space.
